Property Type
What kind of property have you got? We currently offer full support for Self Catering properties. If your property is a Bed and Breakfast, Hotel or Campsite - good news, support is on the way.
The table below shows our current property type support. Do you have a property type we've missed? Contact us and we'll extend our services as soon as possible!
Property Type | Support |
---|---|
Self Catering | Up and running |
Bed and Breakfast | Coming soon |
Hotel | Coming soon |
Camping | Coming soon |
Name
What do you want your property to be called? This is the name your property will be advertised as to your guests, so make it catchy!
The name of your property must be between 1 - 50 characters long. You cannot have two properties with the same name (obvious reasons). Names containing profanity may be automatically changed.
Address
What's the address of your property?
We need the address of your property so we can post you information specifically related to this property. We also need this for a pile of legal reasons, so please ensure you enter the correct address of your property (not your home address).
Location
Where is your property? Put yourself on the map.
We use the location of your property to create directions to your property for your guests, so it's important this is correct. We also use this to identify near by towns and attractions. We won't reveal the exact location of your property until a guest books your property.
You can automatically find your property on the map using the address you've already entered. Simply click the "Auto find on map" button. This is usually correct (or close), however please double check the marker location and make any adjustments by clicking on the map. You may find it helpful to switch to "satellite" mode (top right of map) when placing the marker.
Turn around period
How does your rental turn around work?
If you offer accommodation on a weekly basis, you may set the change over day of the property. This is the day of the week that your bookings rotate. Pricing will be based around this change over day. For example if your property change over day is Saturday and you receive a booking running from Monday to Monday, your guest will be charged for the two Saturday to Saturday weeks their booking intersects.
If you offer accommodation on a nightly basis, you may set the minimum number of nights you will accept for a booking. For example if you set the minimum number of nights you accept as 3 nights and receive a booking for 2 nights, your guest will be charged for 3 nights.
