The owner of the holiday property should be compensated for any such damage or breakages, which may occur, or excess cleaning required (by the holidaymaker).

Should an extra person wish to come, please notify TravelDuck, who shall have complete discretion in the matter. An additional charge may be made for this. The total number of your party shall not exceed the capacity of the property as advertised in this brochure or website, except for babies under 2 years.
- The owners of the properties advertised in this brochure cater primarily for family bookings. Therefore single sex groups and/or young parties will only be allowed at the owner’s discretion. We are also unable to accept any booking from anyone under the age of 18.
- TravelDuck is not responsible for any damage to persons or their property whilst resident in their holiday home. The use of the holiday home is subject to the owner/operator regulations and the local/international law. Upon termination of the booking the owner will not have any further liability and no refund shall be due.
- A Damage Deposit will be held against your debit/credit card. On vacating the property if it has not been left in the same clean and tidy condition, as at the commencement of the rental, appropriate charges will be deducted from the card, see item 3. If you are not paying by credit/debit card, the Damage Deposit will be added to your balance and will be refunded within 10 days of your departure, providing the property has been left in the same clean and tidy condition, as at the commencement of the rental.

Dogs must be kept under close control at all times and, when in the property, must use their own beds. Pets are not permitted on any furniture in the property. We are unable to accept any dogs currently listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Other pets may be accommodated at the owner’s discretion.
- Your holiday booking is a legally binding contract and you should therefore protect yourself against events beyond your control that may lead to you needing to cancel or curtail your holiday. At the time of confirmation of your holiday you become liable for full payment of your booking.
- The Company and Owners reserve the right to terminate the Tenancy immediately if any of the above conditions are not observed.
