Verification

Property verification is an important step that helps us to ensure listed properties are genuine, and listed by the property owner.

How it works

To verify a property, we will post a verification letter to the listed property's postal address. This letter gives you a verification code for your property.

Once your letter arrives, simply go to travelduck.co/verify-my-property. Select the appropriate property and enter your verification code. That's it!

You can start accepting bookings as soon as a property is verified.

My letter hasn't arrived

We typically expect verification letters to arrive after 1-3 working days. If your verification letter hasn't arrived after 10 working days you can request another.
